Once upon a time, many years
ago...
Stories usually begin this way
and in this way our story begins.
Many years ago in Mugello there was a trattoria
called "Il Giardinetto" where the food
was good and you could even stay the night if you
wanted. The hostess was Grandma Maria, a tiny woman
but feisty enough to keep her numerous clientele
at bay. But Grandma Maria, like all human beings,
was not immortal and so the Giardinetto came to
an end.
But hospitality was in the blood and so, many years
later, Susanna, one of Maria's grandchildren, together
with her husband picked up where her grandmother
had left off. For years they welcomed many famous
people as guests in their hotel in Scarperia. People
such as Giacomo Agostini, Alex Barros, Loris Capirossi,
Valentino Rossi, Luca Badoer, Gabriele Tarquini
and many others spent the night in the hotel's rooms.
It is still possible to spend the night in those
very same rooms graced by such celebrities even
though Susanna and her husband no longer manage
the hotel. Due to a sort of "evolution of the
species", they are preparing something new
and exciting just for you.
They have decided to provide apartments for those
